Prof. Michael Kleinaltenkamp from the Marketing Department of the Freie Universität Berlin, is chairing the ISM4point0 Summit in Berlin.
He and his team are researching the impact of Industry 4.0 on markets, business models, and industrial marketing. He was one of the first academics to understand Industry 4.0 is about much more than technology. Among his ideas, are the introduction of a ‘usage centre’ as a concept to understand the evolution of the customer firm’s value perceptions of complex industrial solutions over time.
Michael Kleinaltenkamp is going to chair the first day on the impact of Industry 4.0 on markets and business models, and will be the keynote debating the effect of Industry 4.0 on account management.
